Terms and Conditions

Orders
Orders may be placed by phone or fax during regular shop hours or via email, please include link. All email orders will need to be confirmed verbally.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required at invoicing. The balance in full is due prior to shipping or pick up. Duane Modern accepts checks and all major credit cards. NYC sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale certificate is presented at the time of purchase.

Schedule
Lead time on most items is 10 to 12 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Production for COM orders begins only upon receipt of all materials. Rush orders will be accommodated when possible.

All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

Shipping
All sales are FOB from our workroom. Shipping quotes can be provided at the time of invoicing.

Storage
Due to insurance and space constraints, we cannot store merchandise on the premises longer than 2 weeks from completion and notification. After which time, a storage charge will need to be negotiated. Duane can not be held responsible for any damages incurred beyond the initial 2 week period.

All prices are list prices and we offer a special program for Interior Designers and Architects. Contact us for more information.

COL orders are an additional 10%. Cerused Oak finishes are an additional 10%.
